This Statement of Privacy applies to the Intelligence Technologies Inc. and our subsidiary companies and all domain names and websites owned by our organization regarding data collection and usage policy. iT-Assist Inc. also known as iTA Inc. does record your Internet Protocol (IP) address whenever you access any of our domains and or websites and will collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and other personal information including credit card information to complete the purchase of our products and services. iTA Inc. may also collect anonymous demographic information, which may or may not be unique to you, such as your photograph, age, gender, household income and race. Children Under Eighteen
iTA Inc. does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen. If you are under the age of eighteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website however ITA Inc. does not knowingly solicit or sends any marketing material to any children under 18 years of age. In the event of such communication received from our organization, please notify our legal department immediately to prevent further communication to the minor and remove their information from our database.

When working on your systems, in the event if any child pornography and or illegal pornography is discovered then we will capture such evidence and notify the law enforcement and explicitly cooperate and work with the justice department and release all codes and records for prosecution of such activities with extreme prejudice. This statement releases iT-Assist Inc. and all our employees of all harm causing out of the investigation of such occurrences.
